CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on care@wearesubtle.com.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 10 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the products unless products have been damaged in transit or have visible physical defects or in case incorrect products have been shipped.
An email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product must be sent within 3 days of delivery for us to process the request. Write to us at care@wearesubtle.com.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the protective seals have been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Subtle will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, your request will be declined. In such cases, the product will be held for a limited period of 7 days. If you wish to have it returned, you must arrange pickup and bear the shipping costs. If no action is taken within this period, the product will be discarded without further notice.
For all online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank account, wallet, etc.) within 10 working days of receiving the returned order.
INSURANCE
The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.

At Subtle, we partner with high-speed logistics providers to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in shipping. In such cases, our customer support team will keep you informed with timely updates and assistance.
